Table reservation events allow businesses to define and manage special occasion labels such as Birthday, Anniversary, Corporate Dinner, or Celebration. These event types can be selected while creating online or offline reservations, helping staff better understand the purpose of the booking and prepare accordingly for an enhanced customer experience.

Managing table reservation events:

In order to set up and manage table reservation events through the Grafterr Admin Panel, follow the steps below:

  1. Start by logging in to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu, scroll down to the “Table Management” section, and click on “Reservation settings.”

  2. Within this section, scroll down to “Online table reservation settings” and select “Table reservation events.”

  3. Once you open this section, you will be able to view all previously created reservation event titles along with options to edit or delete them.

  4. To create a new reservation event, click on “Add event.” Enter the event name (for example, Birthday, Anniversary, Business Meeting, etc.) and click on “Save.”

  5. The newly created event will now be available while creating both online and offline table reservations, allowing staff to identify and manage special occasions more effectively.
