Managing table reservations:

In order to manage table reservations through the Grafterr Admin Panel, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu, scroll down to the “Table Management” section, and click on “Table reservations.”

  2. Once you open the table reservations screen, you will be able to view all existing reservations in a centralized list. The reservation list displays important information such as guest name, number of guests, reservation date, reservation time, service area etc.

  3. This provides a quick overview of all upcoming, ongoing, and completed reservations. To view more information about a reservation, simply click on the reservation. This will open the reservation details page where you can review all booking information, guest details, allocated tables, and reservation history.

  4. If required, you can also cancel a reservation directly from the reservation details screen.

  5. To quickly locate a specific booking, use the search bar available at the top of the screen. You can search using various details such as guest name, phone number, reservation ID and other reservation-related information.

  6. For reporting purposes, you can download reservation data by clicking on the PDF export option available at the top-right corner of the screen. This will generate and download a PDF report containing reservation information based on the data currently displayed.

  7. You can also use the available filters to narrow down reservation records and find specific bookings more efficiently. The available filter options include:

    • Date range – Filter reservations by Today, Yesterday, This week, This month, or a Custom date range.

    • Service area – View reservations for specific serving areas such as Garden area, Lounge, Terrace, or any other configured area.

    • Reservation source – Filter bookings based on where the reservation originated, such as POS, Website, Mobile App, or Google.

    • Reservation status – Filter reservations based on their current status, including Booked, Started, Completed and Cancelled.

  8. After selecting the required filter criteria, click on “Apply filters” to view the filtered results. Using these search and filtering options allows businesses to quickly locate reservations, monitor booking trends, and manage guest bookings more effectively.
