How to manage table reservations

A step-by-step guide to managing table reservations in the Grafterr Operator application

Please note that the guide has 2 sections explaining - reserving a table and managing reservations once they are created within the application.

Reserving a table through Operator application:

In order to reserve a table through the Operator application, follow the below steps:

  • Log in to the Grafterr Operator application. On the left side of the main ordering screen, you will find the “Reserve Table” option.

  • Click on it, and the application will prompt you to enter the reservation details such as the date and time of the reservation.

  • After entering this information, click on “Proceed”. The system will then redirect you to the “Table Layout" screen, where you can choose the table to be reserved.

  • Once you have selected the table, click on “Book Table” located at the bottom right of the screen. At this point, you will be asked to provide guest details such as the number of guests, the guest’s name, mobile number, and email address.

  • You also have the option to mark the reservation for a special event like a birthday or anniversary, and even note down any specific instructions requested by the customer before confirming the reservation.

  • After filling in all the details, simply click on “Submit”, and the table will be successfully reserved.

Managing the table reservation through Operator application:

In order to manage an existing table reservation through the Operator application, follow these steps:

  • On the main ordering screen, locate the “Current Reservations” option and click on it. This will open the “Reservation Dashboard”, which displays a list of all upcoming reservations sorted by their scheduled time.

  • From here, you can click on any reservation to view its details. When guests arrive and the reservation needs to be activated, simply click on “Start”.

  • This action will redirect you to the ordering screen, allowing you to begin taking orders for the reserved table.
