Managing online orders efficiently is crucial for smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Through the Grafterr Admin Panel, you can monitor, accept, process, and track all incoming orders from various channels like your website, mobile app, and QR ordering. This centralized system helps you stay in control of order flow, reduce delays, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Managing online orders:

In order to manage your online orders through the Grafterr Admin Panel, follow the steps below:

  1. Start by logging in to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu and under the “Home” section, locate and click on “Digital order management.”

  2. This will take you to the online orders management screen, where you can view all orders coming in from different platforms such as website, mobile app, and QR ordering.

  3. On this screen, you can monitor each order and take necessary actions.

    • Depending on your setup, orders may either be auto-accepted or require manual acceptance.

  4. Before accepting an order, you can view complete details including items ordered and customer information as well.

  5. Once an order is accepted, you can update its status as it progresses. You also have the option to decline orders if required. In case of any issues, you can even process refunds, either fully or partially based on the situation. Once a refund is completed, the order status will update to Refunded.

  6. Typically, the order flow follows: New Order → Accepted/Declined → Ready → Completed → Refunded.

  7. For internal purposes, you can also delete orders, especially in cases of test or dummy orders.

  8. To make order management more efficient, you can use filters to sort orders based on criteria such as date, order source, order type, order status, or order ID. This helps in quickly finding and managing specific orders.

  9. Additionally, you can control your online operations by toggling online ordering services ON or OFF directly from this section. You can also adjust the average preparation time of the services, which helps set accurate expectations for customers placing orders.
