Online reservation messages help businesses communicate important booking information to customers automatically during the reservation process. These customizable messages improve customer communication by providing clear updates related to reservations, availability, booking limits, confirmations, and cancellations, helping create a smoother and more professional booking experience.
Managing online reservation messages:
In order to manage online reservation messages through the Grafterr Admin Panel, follow the steps below:
Start by logging in to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu, scroll down to the “Table Management” section, and click on “Reservation settings.”
Within this section, scroll down to “Online table reservation settings” and select “Online reservation messages.” Once you open this section, you will be able to view all available automated messages along with their titles and options to edit and save them.
Currently, there are six types of automated reservation messages available. You can edit each message based on your business tone and communication requirements.
Online ordering header message – A promotional or informational message displayed at the top of the reservation or ordering screen. This can be used to promote offers, discounts, or announcements.
Max guest message – A message displayed when customers exceed the maximum guest limit allowed for a reservation.
Table not available message – A notification shown when no tables are available for the selected time slot.
Reservation success message – A confirmation message displayed after a reservation is successfully completed.
Reservation declined message – A message shown when a reservation request cannot be accepted or confirmed.
Tables not available in service area message – A notification displayed when tables are unavailable in the customer’s selected serving area.
Once all the required changes are completed, click on “Save” to apply and store all updated messages.
