The channels to show on this device setting in Grafterr POS is a device-level control, not a platform-level restriction. This means it does not disable ordering from Online, QR, Self Kiosk, or Third-party platforms, as whole. Instead, it allows you to decide which orders should be received and displayed on a specific POS device.
This is especially useful when you want different devices to handle different order sources, helping streamline operations and reduce confusion during busy hours.
Managing incoming orders from channels:
In order to manage incoming orders from channels to show on this device through Grafterr POS, follow the below steps:
Open the Grafterr POS application and log in with your credentials. Once you are logged in, you will land on the home page of the application. Scroll down to locate the “App settings” module and click on “POS settings” under it.
***Please note that the POS settings available here apply only to the current POS device you are using and will not affect other devices linked to your account. If you want the same configuration across multiple devices, you will need to update the POS settings individually on each device.
Within the POS settings section, scroll down to find “Channels to show on this device.” Tap on this option to view all the available ordering channels.
Here, you will see multiple platforms such as Self Kiosk, QR Orders, Online Orders, and Third-party Orders. You can enable or disable any of these channels based on whether you want this particular device to receive orders from them. Only the channels that are enabled will send orders to this POS device.
If a channel is disabled in this section, ordering from that platform will continue to work normally, but the orders will not be routed to this specific device. This allows you to control order flow on a device-by-device basis without affecting the overall business operations or customer ordering experience.
That’s it! You have successfully learned how to manage ordering channels for a specific device in Grafterr POS. If you face any issues along the way, feel free to reach out to our support team.
