Managing auto acceptance of orders in Grafterr POS:
In order to manage auto acceptance of orders in Grafterr POS, follow the below steps:
Open the Grafterr POS application and log in with your credentials. Once you are logged in, you will land on the home page of the application. Scroll down to locate the “App settings” module and tap on “POS settings.”
***Please note that the POS settings available here apply only to the current POS device you are using and will not affect other devices linked to your account. If you want the same configuration across multiple devices, you will need to update the POS settings individually on each device.
Within the POS settings section, scroll down to find “Auto acceptance of orders.” In this section, you can control auto acceptance for three different order channels: QR orders, Online orders, and Third-party orders.
You can choose to enable auto acceptance for any of these channels individually or enable it for all channels at once, depending on your operational requirements. By default, orders from these platforms usually require manual acceptance by the staff.
However, when auto acceptance is enabled, incoming orders are accepted automatically and sent directly to your Kitchen Display System (KDS) and kitchen printer, allowing the kitchen team to start preparing the order without any delay.
Once your preferred channels are selected, navigate back to the home screen and the application will refresh automatically and the changes take effect immediately on the device.
