Each ticket acts as a tracked interaction between you and the support team, making it easier to monitor progress, review responses, and ensure timely resolution of concerns without confusion.

Raising a customer support ticket in Grafterr POS

In order to raise a customer support ticket in the Grafterr POS, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Grafterr POS application and log in with your credentials. Once you are logged in, you will land on the home page of the application.

  2. Scroll down to locate the “Others” module. Under this section, click on “Help”. This takes you to the help centre, where you will see three main options:

    • Raise a ticket,

    • Ticket history, and

    • Support contact

  3. You will also notice your support ID, which is a unique identifier linked to your business and helps the support team recognise your account quickly.

  4. To create a new support ticket, click on “Raise a ticket”. Start by selecting the most relevant subject for your issue. If your concern does not match any of the listed subjects, you can select “Others” and explain the issue clearly in the description field.

  5. You may also upload attachments, such as screenshots, if they are helpful in explaining the problem. Lastly review your contact details and click on “Submit” to raise the ticket.

  6. Once the ticket is submitted, you can track and manage it through “Ticket history”. This section displays all your tickets, including open and closed ones. Clicking on “View” allows you to see the complete conversation and interaction history between you and the Grafterr support team.

  7. From this page, you can reply to an existing ticket, close it once the issue is resolved, or even raise a new ticket if required. Additionally, if the matter is urgent, you also have the option to contact the support team directly using the provided support phone number on the help centre page.
