Note that account login data is highly sensitive, and because your account contains confidential information of your business, it’s important to protect your login details and not share your credentials with anyone.
Logging in with Grafterr POS:
In order to log in to your Grafterr POS account, follow the steps below:
Open the Grafterr POS application and select the country where your business is registered, such as India, United Kingdom, or any other available region. Once the country is selected, you will be prompted to set up a security lock for the application.
Confirm the desired time and you will land on the welcome screen, where you are presented with the options to either Sign up or Log in. Click on “Log in” to proceed.
On the login page, enter your registered email address. After entering your email, an additional dropdown will appear, prompting you to select your "Business name/Location".
This feature is important because a single email address can be linked to multiple businesses.
Choose the correct business, then enter your password and click “Log in” to access the application.
Alternatively, you can choose to "Log in with OTP" as well. Simply click on this option located at the bottom of the screen, and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address. Enter the OTP to gain access to your account.
In case you have forgotten your password, the application also provides a recovery option. Click “Forgot my password”, enter your email, and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.
Once logged in, you will see multiple operational modes within Grafterr POS, each designed for a specific function:
POS Mode: Streamlines all in-house orders and payment processing, providing a seamless experience for staff and customers at the counter or table.
Orders Mode: Lets you monitor the complete lifecycle of customer orders, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery, with real-time tracking.
Manager Mode: Gives control over restaurant operations, including staff management, performance monitoring, and access to detailed sales and operational insights.
Delivery Mode: Simplifies delivery operations by assigning drivers, tracking their progress, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Waiter Mode: Enhances table service efficiency with an intuitive interface for taking orders, sending them to the kitchen, and managing tables effectively.
Since this guide focuses on POS operations, click “Start” on POS Mode. Other modes will be covered in separate guides.
This will bring you to the operator login screen, where you have the options to login as an operator, refresh the application, and perform a day end.
Select the operator name you want to log in with and enter the associated passcode. After this, click “Shift Start”, and a popup will prompt you to enter the float amount - the cash you are starting the day with.
Confirm the amount, and you will land on the home screen of Grafterr POS, ready to manage your operations.
