Logging in to your Kitchen Display application:
In order to login to your Grafterr Kitchen Display application, follow the steps below:
Download and open the Grafterr Kitchen display application from the Google Play Store.
When the login screen appears, the first thing you must do is select the "Country" from the top-right corner - such as India or the United Kingdom, because this ensures the application connects to the correct server for your operations.
Once you have chosen the correct country, proceed with the registered email address. As soon as you enter the email, an additional dropdown will appear, allowing you to select your "Business Name/Location". This is because multiple businesses can be linked to the same email address.
Select the correct business, then enter your password and click on “Login” to access the kitchen display application.
In case, if you forget your password, the appication also provides a simple recovery option directly on the login page.
Click on “Get temporary password?”, and the system will ask whether you want to receive an OTP (one-time password) on your registered mobile number or email address.
Once you receive the OTP, enter it in the required field to log in successfully.
This secure process ensures you can always access your account even if you lose your password. Now you are logged in and ready to use your Grafterr Kitchen Display application.
