The Grafterr Operator application is the central ordering system connected to all other Grafterr products, including kiosks, QR ordering, website etc.
It allows operators to manage table-wise orders, handle payments, track deliveries, configure delivery charges, set up promotions and advertisements, and manage reservations and party bookings - all from a single interface.
It streamlines operations, keeps customer data organized, and ensures smooth coordination between front-of-house, kitchen, and delivery services.
Logging in to your Operator application:
In order to login to your Grafterr Operator application, follow the steps below:
Download and open the Grafterr Operator application on your device. Once the application is opened, you will be asked to grant some basic permissions, including access to location, bluetooth, and storage.
After granting the required permissions, the application will open to a welcome screen where you can either "Login" or "Sign up".
Before moving forward, make sure to first select the "Country" where your business is registered, such as India, the United Kingdom, or any other available region.
This step is important because it ensures that you are directed to the correct server for your business operations.
Once you have chosen the correct country, proceed to the “Login” option. On the login page, you will be prompted to enter your registered email address.
As soon as you enter the email, an additional dropdown will appear, allowing you to select your "Business Name/Location". This is because multiple businesses can be linked to the same email address.
Select the correct business, then enter your password and click on “Login” to access the application.
In case you have forgotten your password, the application also provides a recovery option directly on the login screen.
Simply click on “Get temporary password?”, and you will be asked to choose whether you’d like to receive the OTP (one-time password) on your registered mobile number or email address.
Once you receive the OTP, enter it in the required field to log in to the application.
This ensures that even if you lose access to your password, you can still securely access your account and continue using the Operator application.
