While online service settings can be configured from the Admin Panel, the Operator application also gives you direct control to enable or disable services, adjust estimated times, and manage available slots. This allows you to make quick changes based on real-time operational needs without depending on the back office.
Managing delivery & collection services (online):
In order to manage the delivery and collection services from Operator application, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Grafterr Operator application. On the main ordering screen, locate the “Web Orders” option on the top-right corner.
Once you click on it, you will see two toggles for delivery and collection services displayed at the top in green. When these toggles are "Enabled", customers can place orders through your online platforms.
If you wish to stop taking online orders for either delivery or collection, simply switch the toggle off and click on “Submit” at the bottom of the screen.
Managing delivery & collection times (online):
In order to manage the delivery and collection times from the Grafterr Operator application, follow these steps:
Alongside the service toggles, you will also see the option for “Estimated time” beside each service type. This setting allows you to adjust the estimated preparation and delivery or collection time that your customers see when placing an order online.
To change it, use the “+” or “-” buttons to “Increase” or “Decrease” the estimated time as required.
Once the changes are made, click “Submit”, and the updated times will be immediately reflected to customers on the online ordering platforms.
Managing delivery & collection slots (online):
In order to manage the delivery and collection slots from the Operator application, follow these steps:
Again, alongside the service toggles, you will find the “Slots” icon at the top and click on it. This will display all the slots that have been created for your delivery and collection services.
From here, you can choose to “Enable” or “Disable” specific slots depending on your operational capacity.
You may also choose to “Enable all” or “Disable all” slots at once.
After making the necessary changes, click “Submit” to confirm, and the updated slot availability will be visible to customers online.
