How to manage auto acceptance

A step-by-step guide to managing auto-acceptance for both online and QR orders on the Grafterr Operator application

The auto acceptance feature is very useful for businesses who want to save time and reduce manual work.

  • When auto acceptance is “Off”, every order that comes from an online/QR platform has to be checked and accepted manually by the operator. This gives more control, but it also takes more time and may cause delays if the operator is busy.

  • When auto acceptance is “On”, all orders from online/QR platforms are accepted automatically. This means the orders go straight to the kitchen application for preparation and to the collection application for tracking the collection status without the operator needing to do anything.

Managing auto acceptance through Operator application:

In order to manage the auto acceptance through Grafterr Operator application, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the Grafterr Operator application. From the main screen, navigate to “Extras” at the bottom left. Scroll down and select “Settings”.

  • Scroll down until you see the options for “Online Order Acceptance” and “Contactless Table Order Acceptance”.

Working of auto acceptance with image references:

  • Auto acceptance and order status for QR orders (toggle off)

  • Auto acceptance and order status for QR orders (toggle on)

  • Auto acceptance and order status for online ordering (toggle off)

  • Auto acceptance and order status for online ordering (toggle on)
