Transaction history acts as a central record of all financial and operational activities processed through the application, ensuring that every order, refund, booking, or deposit is traceable.
Accessing and exploring transaction history:
In order to access and explore the transaction history within the operator application, follow the below steps:
Log in to the Grafterr Operator application. On the main ordering screen, look at the left-hand side options and click on “Transactions”.
You will then notice six different categories of transaction data available for review -
Orders
Cancelled orders
Refunds
Party bookings
Petty cash, and
Safe deposits.
Each section provides detailed information and can be filtered by parameters such as date, order ID, or staff, making it easier to locate specific records.
The first three categories focus on orders - orders, cancelled orders, and refunds. In each of these sections, you will find details such as the order ID, token number, customer name, device ID from which the order was taken, the staff name, the date and time of the order, and the order type.
You will also have the option to change the status of an order in the collection application to “Order Ready” or “Completed.” While the format of details remains the same across all three categories, the payment data differs.
Moving on, the next section is “Party Bookings”. Here, you will find details like the date the booking was made, party ID, name, phone number, party date, advance amount paid, and mode of payment.
Next is “Petty Cash”, which records all minor expenses or cash withdrawals from the register.
Lastly, the “Safe Deposit” section captures details of money moved from the cash drawer to the safe. Similar to petty cash, you will find information such as transaction ID, device ID, operator name, date and time, transaction type, amount, and mode of payment.
That’s it! You have successfully learned the process of accessing and exploring transaction history within the Grafterr Operator application. If you face any issues along the way, feel free to reach out to our support team.
