There may be special situations where you need to adjust the price of an item during billing. For example, giving a price discount discount to a special customer or correcting a mistake in the price shown. The price change option makes it easy to handle these scenarios directly while taking an order.
Changing the item price while ordering:
In order to change the item price while ordering from the Operator application, follow the steps below:
Open the Grafterr Operator application and select an item to add to the order cart. Once the item is in the cart, find and tap on the “Price Change” option for that item.
Once you click on it, you will see four choices of price changes:
“Change Item Price” – Enter a new price for the item.
“Give for Free” – Make the item’s price zero.
“Half Price” – Apply a 50% discount.
“Change Amount on Discount” – Enter a custom discount amount.
After selecting the desired option, tap “Submit” to save the changes. If you do not want any changes, you can simply click back and come back to the ordering page.
Note that the price can only be changed before the item is confirmed/ordered. The option will not work for an item which is already ordered.
