Quick pay mode is designed to simplify and speed up the order-taking and payment process. Instead of moving through multiple steps, operators can complete both order entry and payment on a single screen. This is especially useful in fast-service environments like pubs, or counters where speed and efficiency are critical.
Selecting and exploring quick pay mode:
In order to select and explore the quick pay mode within the Operator application, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Grafterr Operator application. From the main screen, navigate to “Extras” at the bottom left. Scroll down and select “Settings”. Then navigate to “Business Type”.
In the business type dropdown menu, select “Quick Pay”.
Once selected, return to the main screen. You will now see that both orders and payments can be handled directly from one place, without switching screens.
Find all the “Service types” to order on the top left of the screen.
Find all the “Order data” on the right top of the screen.
To access “Other options”, click on "Extras" on the top right.
While in quick pay mode, you’ll notice several options available for smooth operations:
Order management options: Tap the green button with three horizontal lines to access options like cancel order, open cash drawer, and other useful actions.
Receipt control: Tap the green printer icon to quickly toggle customer copy receipts on or off, depending on whether you want to print them.
Quick pay also makes accepting payments faster by providing multiple payment buttons directly on the main screen. And when you process a payment using the red or blue buttons, a confirmation screen will appear right on the main screen.
The screen clearly displays the total due, the amount received, and any change that must be returned to the customer.
