Managing Reserve with Google:
In order to set up and manage Reserve with Google through the Grafterr Admin Panel, follow the steps below:
Start by logging in to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu, scroll down to the “Table Management” section, and click on “Reservation settings.”
Within the reservation settings section, locate “Reserve with Google.” This section allows you to connect your restaurant with Google so that customers can discover and reserve tables directly through Google Search, Google Maps, and other Google services.
To activate Reserve with Google, there are three important steps that must be completed.
Confirming Restaurant Details: The first step is to verify that all restaurant information is accurate and complete. Ensure the following details are correctly entered like Restaurant name, Address, Phone number, Country etc. Once all mandatory information has been completed, this step will automatically be marked as Completed.
Enabling Table Management: The second step is to ensure that Table Management is enabled. Table Management allows Grafterr to share table availability and receive reservation requests from Google. The option to enable Table Management can be found within the Table Layout section. If Table Management has already been enabled, this step will automatically show as Completed.
Make Reserve with Google Live: The final step is to activate Reserve with Google by turning on the Reserve with Google toggle. Once enabled, Grafterr will begin submitting real-time table availability, Reservation booking data and Reservation updates directly to Google. This allows customers to see available reservation slots and book tables online through Google's reservation interface.
After all three steps are completed and Reserve with Google is enabled, the integration will be submitted for activation. In most cases, Reserve with Google becomes available within 24–48 hours, although activation times may vary depending on Google's review and synchronization processes.
Click "Preview on Google" to see how the Reserve with Google option will appear across Google platforms. And once live, reservations made through Google will automatically appear in your Grafterr reservation management system alongside reservations from other booking channels.
That’s it! You have successfully learned how to manage Reserve with Google through the Grafterr Admin Panel. If you face any issues along the way, feel free to reach out to our support team.
