Table availability settings allow you to control when customers can book tables online based on your actual operating hours and seating capacity. By configuring these timings, you ensure that reservations are only accepted when your restaurant is open and tables are available, helping you avoid overbooking and manage operations more efficiently.

Setting up and managing table availability for online reservations:

In order to set up and manage table availability for online reservations through the Grafterr Admin Panel, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website. And once you are logged in, look at the menu on the left side of your screen. Scroll down to locate the “Table Management” section and click on “Reservation settings.” Within this section, locate and select the “Table availability” option.

  2. To begin, you will be given an option to copy timings from your business operating hours. If you enable this toggle, your existing business hours will automatically be applied to table reservations, saving time and ensuring consistency.

  3. If not, you can configure table reservation availability timings manually for each day. This allows you to define specific working hours for reservations depending on your business needs.

  4. You can also add multiple time slots within a day by clicking on “Add another timing.” This is useful if your business operates in shifts or has breaks (for example, lunch and dinner service). You can create multiple availability windows with gaps in between as required.

  5. Additionally, you will find the serving area online availability settings. Here, you can select or deselect specific serving areas (such as Indoor, Outdoor, Lounge, etc.) based on their operational status. If a serving area is deselected, it will not be available for online reservations.

  6. Once all configurations are completed, click on “Save” to submit your settings.
