Signing out from your Grafterr POS account is simple and designed to be flexible. It allows you to log out from one business or account and log in to another without clearing app data, reinstalling the application, or affecting any stored settings. This makes it easy to switch between multiple Grafterr POS accounts on the same device whenever required.
Signing out of Grafterr POS account:
In order to sign out from your Grafterr POS account, follow the steps below:
Open the Grafterr POS application and log in with your credentials. Once you are logged in, you will land on the home page of the application.
Note that there is no direct sign out option available on the home screen. To securely sign out, the system requires you to complete a shift end first.
On the home page, you will see the currently logged-in operator details along with the shift end button. Click on "Shift End", enter the shift closing amount, and proceed to complete the shift end process. This ensures that all transactions are properly closed before ending the shift.
Once the shift end is completed successfully, you will be redirected to the operator login screen. On the top-right corner of this screen, you will find the sign out option. Click on "Sign out", enter your account password to confirm, and proceed.
After successful verification, you will be redirected back to the main login screen from where, you can login to any other account of your choice.
