Petty cash in and petty cash out are used to record small cash movements that happen within a restaurant on a daily basis. These transactions usually occur between staff members for essentials such as grocery purchases, emergency expenses, change exchanges, or cash handed over by a manager.
Recording these movements in Grafterr POS helps maintain accurate cash tracking, transparency, and proper reconciliation at the end of the day.
