The modifiers sales report provides detailed insights into how individual modifiers - such as add-ons, extras, or custom options are performing across orders. This report helps you understand which modifiers are frequently chosen by customers, their contribution to revenue, and how they perform across different order types and platforms.
Navigating through modifiers sales report:
In order to view and manage your modifiers sales report within the Admin Panel, follow the steps below:
Login to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website. Once you are logged into the Admin Panel, look at the menu on the left side of the screen to find "Home".
Under this section, click on "Reports", where you will find the complete list of reports available within the Grafterr ecosystem. Locate "Modifiers" under the "Sales reports" category and click on it to open the report page.
By default, the system displays yesterday’s modifiers sales data whenever you open this report. You can always view today’s data or previous month's sales using the available filters.
Before moving forward, let’s understand the key columns that appear in the report:
Modifier name shows the specific add-on or option selected by customers.
Category indicates the modifier category the modifier belongs to.
Quantity reflects how many times the modifier was ordered.
Gross sale represents total modifiers sales before deductions, while Net sale shows earnings after taxes and adjustments for the modifiers.
Taxes display the tax amount applied to the modifier.
Orders indicate the number of orders in which the modifier appeared, and % of sales highlights the modifier’s contribution to overall sales.
On the top-right corner of the report, you will find two options - "Export" and "Filters".
By clicking on "Export", you can view all available report columns and choose which ones you want to include or exclude before exporting.
To refine the data further, click on "Filters". Three types of filters are available to customize the report.
The date filter allows you to view data for today, yesterday, this week, last month, or a custom date range.
The order type filter helps you analyze modifier sales based on order types such as eat-in, takeaway, or delivery.
The order source filter enables you to view sales coming from different platforms like POS, website, or mobile application.
Once you select the required filters, click on "Apply", and the report will update instantly based on your selections.
