Report settings play a crucial role in defining how and when your reports are generated. These settings determine the operational time range considered for reports - such as when a business day starts and ends - and also define how weekly reports are structured. By configuring these correctly, you ensure that all sales and operational reports reflect accurate business hours and weekly cycles.
Managing report settings:
In order to manage the report settings within the Admin Panel, follow the steps below:
Login to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website. Once you are logged into the Admin Panel, look at the menu on the left side of the screen to find "Home".
Under this section, click on "Reports", where you will find the complete list of reports available within the Grafterr ecosystem. On the top-right corner of the reports page, you will find "Report settings" - click on it.
Inside the report settings section, you will see three key options.
The "Default open time" represents the time at which your restaurant typically begins its daily operations.
The "Default close time" defines when your restaurant usually ends operations for the day.
These two settings ensure that sales recorded outside these hours are handled correctly in daily reports.
The third option is "Week settings", which allows you to define how your weekly reports are calculated.
Once these settings are configured and saved, all reports across the Admin Panel will be generated based on the defined operational hours and weekly structure. This ensures consistency, accuracy, and better alignment with your business reporting needs.
That’s it! You have now successfully learned how to manage report settings within the Grafterr Admin Panel. If you face any issues along the way, feel free to reach out to our support team.
