Updating your business profile:
In order to update your business profile through the Grafterr Admin Panel, follow the steps below:
Login to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website. Once you are logged into the Admin Panel, look at the menu on the left side of the screen. Scroll down until you find the option called “Mandatory Settings.”
Under this section, you’ll see an option called “Business profile.” Click on it to open the page where you can update your business details.
These details are important not just for display, but also for security purposes (like GDPR compliance), customer communication, delivery management and receipt display.
The business profile section includes key parts such as:
Business name, business type, contact person, business email and phone number: These fields are especially important. They help identify your business clearly and are used to support security checks and data records.
Country, postcode, building number, street, city, and county or state: Any changes made here will automatically update across your system - including on receipts.
Once you have updated all the necessary information and reviewed it, click on the “Submit” button at the bottom to save your changes. These updates will instantly reflect wherever your business details are displayed.
To apply the changes to the applications and online ordering platforms, simply refresh the page or the application, and the updated business details will appear.
