The Grafterr website offers two types of login buttons -
Hospitality Login and Enterprise Login
If you need to access the admin panel for a specific business or location under standard or pro subscription, use the hospitality Login. However, if you have an enterprise-level subscription, the enterprise login would provide a unified dashboard where you can manage your multiple businesses in one place.
In this guide, we will only cover the hospitality (admin panel) login process. The enterprise login will be explained in a separate guide.
Logging-in to your Grafterr Admin Panel:
In order to login to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website, follow the steps below:
Open the Grafterr website through your browser or follow the link provided (https://www.grafterr.com/).
Click “Login” on the top-right corner of the screen. You will see two options - “Hospitality Login” and “Enterprise Login.”
But before clicking on the any login buttons, make sure to first select the country where your business is registered, such as India, United Kingdom, or any other available region.
This step is important because it ensures that you are directed to the correct server for your business operations.
Once the country is selected, click on “Hospitality Login” and a login page will now appear, asking for your registered business credentials.
Enter your registered email address, and after doing so, you will notice that a location tab becomes visible.
This tab allows you to choose the specific business location you want to access in case your business has multiple branches linked to same email address.
If the location tab doesn’t appear, verify your email address and internet connection - these are usually the primary causes of login issues.
Select the correct location, then enter your password and click on the “Login” button.
Once logged in successfully, you will now be redirected to the dashboard page of your Admin Panel, where you can begin managing your business settings, operations, and reports.
Forgot Login Credentials?
In case if you forgot your login credentials, follow these steps below to set a new password and access the Admin Panel:
Click on the “Forgot login credentials?” option on the login page.
You will then be asked to enter your registered email address and select the correct business location.
After submitting these details, a password recovery email will be sent to your registered email address.
Open the email, follow the instructions, and set a new password. Once the new password is set, return to the login page and login with your updated credentials.
