How to set up Order with Google

Enable your direct ordering button on Google Search and Google Maps, powered by Grafterr.

What is Order with Google?

Grafterr is an approved Google partner for food ordering. This means any business using Grafterr Online Ordering can have their own “Order online” button appear directly on Google Search and Google Maps.

When a customer finds your business on Google, they will see a button to order directly from you, powered by Grafterr. No third-party delivery app. No commission on your orders.

Customers see “Order Direct (powered by Grafterr)”, ordering straight from you, not a marketplace

Step 1: Log in to your Grafterr Admin Panel

Go to www.grafterr.com and click Login in the top-right corner. Select Hospitality Login from the dropdown.

Enter your registered email address and password to access your admin panel.

Step 2: Navigate to Online Ordering Settings

Once logged in, scroll down the left-hand sidebar and find the Channels section. Click on Online (Web & Mobile apps).

Step 3: Enable Order with Google

Scroll down within your Online Ordering settings until you see Order with Google. Toggle it on.

Once enabled, a section called Google Business Settings will appear below it.

Step 4: Fill in Your Google Business Settings

Most of your basic information will be pre-filled automatically. Check that all details are correct and complete any missing fields:

  • Business Name (Entity Name)

  • Address, Town, Postcode, Country

  • Phone number

  • Business Order URL, this is pulled automatically from your Grafterr system

The only fields you will need to add manually are your Latitude and Longitude.

Step 5: Get Your Latitude and Longitude

To find your exact coordinates, follow these steps:

Go to Google Maps and search for your business location.

Click Share on your business listing.

Copy the shareable link from the Share panel

Paste your link and click Extract Coordinates.

Copy the Latitude and Longitude values from the results.

Paste both values back into the corresponding fields in your Grafterr Admin panel Google Business Settings.

Step 6: Save Your Settings

Once all fields are filled in, click Save.

⚠️ Please note: Changes may take 24–48 hours to appear on Google Search and Google Maps.

Step 7: Set Grafterr as Your Preferred Ordering Provider (Recommended)

If your business is already listed on delivery apps such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, or Just Eat, you can set Order Direct (powered by Grafterr) as the preferred option so it appears first to your customers.

Log in to your Google Business account at https://business.google.com/locations

Find your location and click See your profile.

On your profile, click Food ordering from the action buttons at the top.

You will see all your current service providers listed. Click the pencil icon next to Order Direct (powered by Grafterr).

Under Set as preferred, enable Preferred for pick-up and/or Preferred for delivery depending on your service options. Then click Save.


One Last Thing

Make sure you also update your Grafterr online ordering link across your other channels so customers can always order directly from you, wherever they find you:

  • Instagram bio

  • Facebook bio

  • Any other platforms or social media channels you use
