Login to your Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website. Once you are logged into the Admin Panel, look at the menu on the left side of the screen to find "Home". Under this section, click on “Grafterr Pay Dashboard”.

This section gives you a complete overview of your payment activity, including upcoming payouts, past payouts, and day-to-day transaction details.

At the top of the dashboard, you will find your total balance and the next balance scheduled for payout. Beneath this, you can view a list of all your previous payouts.

The system also allows you to filter payouts based on date range, payout status, or amount range, and you can even apply manual amount-based filters for more precise tracking.

Each payout entry includes an 'Action' option, which lets you view detailed information about that specific payout, including the full list of transactions included in it. If needed, you can download the payout data as an excel file for record-keeping or accounting purposes.

Next, using the 'Account button', you can access your Grafterr pay account settings and view your monthly statements. These statements are neatly organized, allowing you to download any month’s report whenever required.

You will also find the "Transactions" section, where you can check all transactions processed through Grafterr payments. This includes successful payments, refunds issued to customers, or any disputes that have been raised. Each transaction is clearly listed and can be filtered for easier navigation.
