As we continue to transition the back office data from the old Admin Panel to the new Admin Panel, some features are still in the process of being moved across. While the new Admin Panel already offers a modern interface and a number of updated functionalities, there may still be certain operations that are only available in the older version.
To make sure you don’t lose access to these features, the system provides a quick option to switch back to the Old Admin Panel whenever required. This option will remain available until the transition is fully completed.
Switching back to the old Admin Panel:
In order to switch between old and new panels, follow the steps below:
Login to the Grafterr Admin Panel through the Grafterr website.
Once you are logged in, look towards the top-right corner of the dashboard screen, where you will see a button labeled “Switch to Old Admin Panel.”
Simply click on this button, and you will be redirected to the Old Admin Panel. From there, you can continue to use the features and settings that are not yet available in the new system.
If you want to switch back from the Old Admin Panel to the New Admin Panel, look at the top centre of the page. Here, you will find a message that says “Want to try our onboarding panel?” along with a “Click here” button beside it.
Click on that button, and you will be redirected back to the New Admin Panel.
