How to refresh your Operator application

A step-by-step guide for refreshing your Grafterr Operator application

Whenever you make any changes in the Admin Panel (like updating menu items, prices, or settings), those changes need to be updated in the application as well. Refreshing the application ensures that the latest updates are applied.

  • Also sometimes, if the application was closed too quickly or the refresh did not complete properly, the changes may not show up as expected. In that case, simply refresh the application again. This usually fixes the issue.

Refreshing your Operator application:

In order to refresh your Grafterr Operator application, follow the steps below:

  • Open the Grafterr Operator application and look at the bottom left corner of the main screen. Tap on “Extras” and scroll down and select “Refresh Application”. Click on "Yes" for refreshing the application which usually take around 2-3 minutes.

  • Once the refresh is completed, all your latest changes will be available, and you can continue using the application as normal.
