Uploading a menu through AI menu upload:
In order to add a menu using the AI menu upload option in Grafterr POS, follow the below steps:
Open the Grafterr POS application and log in with your credentials. Once you are logged in, you will land on the home page of the application.
You can access the AI menu upload feature in two ways.
First, scroll down on the home screen to locate the “Menu management” module, where you will find the “AI menu upload” option.
Alternatively, you can switch to the cart screen, open the menu to which you want to add items, and start the AI menu upload from there.
Click on either option to get started. Tap on “Get started,” and you will be shown a few guidelines to ensure a smooth upload experience. After reviewing these guidelines, select the menu to which you want to add items and upload the menu image or PDF.
Grafterr AI will then begin processing the file and automatically create the menu for you. This usually takes only a short amount of time.
If you are uploading a large menu and the process takes longer, you can safely navigate back by selecting “Notify me once completed.” You will be informed once the upload is finished, and your menu will be ready for review.
Although Grafterr AI is highly accurate, it is always recommended to review the menu after uploading to ensure item names, prices, and categories are correct. Making a quick review helps avoid any mistakes before the menu goes live.
